To build your profile, match you to opportunities, and let employers you apply to review your application. Our placement team can also share your profile with an employer for a specific requirement.
Employers see your profile when you apply to their role, when our placement team shares you for a requirement, or through candidate search if your profile is active. Individual profile-viewer identities are not shown to job seekers.
Your data stays while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile and CV; anonymised application records may remain for reporting.
